Retail Solutions Inc. - Product Manager

RSi is currently looking for a Product Manager based in the beautiful U.K. office! 

This role is responsible for defining the roadmap and business/functional requirements for the key products within the RSi product suite. The Product Manager acts as a liaison between the business stakeholders (customers, sales, consultants) and the technical stakeholders (engineering and production operations) and translates business requirements into detailed feature specification documents. The Product Manager is ultimately responsible for the success of the products assigned to them, including revenue, churn and usage.
                                                                                                                 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·        Shape the strategy and long term vision of the RSi products assigned.
·        Identify product opportunities in the areas above (including new products, or product enhancements) via market research, collaboration with RSi stakeholders, and direct customer engagement.
·        Estimate revenue potential and formulate a successful selling and launch strategy, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
·        Support the Sales team in key sales cycles.
·        Develop comprehensive product requirements / designs and collaborate with the Engineering team on implementation.
·        Maintain the product roadmap and manage prioritization.
·        Responsibility for key business metrics, especially revenue, churn and usage..
QUALIFICATIONS:
·        2+ years of experience in Product Management 
·        Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is required
·        Experience with supply chain and /or demand planning is required
·        University Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) with high marks from a recognized university; Emphasis in economics/business, engineering, operations research, information systems, statistics and/or mathematics is preferred
·        Very strong oral and written communication skills in English are required
·        Skilled in the use of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint)
·        Good interpersonal skills; formal presentation and/or sales skills a plus
·        Prior experience with Agile development a great plus.
·        Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to produce clear and concise documentation
·        Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
·        Highly self-motivated and directed
·        Keen attention to detail
·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
·        Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
·        Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
·        Experience working with distributed teams
