Channel Business Analyst (Manchester, NH)

Overview

The Global Distribution team is seeking an individual who would be responsible for timely processing of global distributor submissions, stock rotations, return  material authorizations, and asset management.

Job Responsibilities:
  •  Reconcile POS, Inventory and Ship & Debit Claim submissions using Model N platform
  • Interact with global distributors to manage any discrepancies, corrections, or reporting issues
  •  Asset Management         
  • Perform quarterly distribution stock rotations which would include working with distributor, finance, and business unit representatives
  • Proactively work with distributors on seeding the channel with new products utilizing Release to Market notifications and related duties


Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field
·         Minimum 3 years-worth of relevant work experience
·         Proficient with Microsoft office suite of products
·         Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
·         Excellent, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
·         Team oriented
·         Experience with Oracle and Tableau encouraged to apply

1. Foundry Planner (Worcester, MA)

Job Description
Plans, schedules, coordinates activity related to the Allegro Wafer Foundry partners, in support of customer  demand requirements.  May involve planning for unique segments of the Process including offshore subcontractors. Works from Supply Chain production plan to establish manufacturing loading plans for labor and capacity requirements.


  • Schedule and maintain accurate information for customer orders and factory plans.
  • Utilize planning tools for effective assessment and execution of Supply Chain schedules.
  • Participating in Supply Chain Process Development.
  • Reviewing Engineering Product Flow documentation and qualification instructions as required.
  • Liaison for cross-functional groups focused on OTD and customer support.


SCOPE: An experienced professional with an understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is for a qualified, career-oriented, professional-level position.


COMPLEXITY: Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.


-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Materials Management or a related field.
-Experience in ERP Supply Chain Business Systems.
-APIC's Certification is preferred
