Revlon -- Retail Logistics Analyst

Company:  Revlon
Title:  Retail Logistics Analyst-CVS/Rite-Aid
Salary:  $60K-70K, no bonus

Description:
Prepare and provide weekly replenishment reports for CVS and Rite Aid, identifying issues and actions addressing High / low in-stock levels and less than 95% fill rates.
Assist in overall inventory management (DOS, On Hand); help identify opportunities for inventory improvements.
Assist in Returns Mitigation analysis and recommendations
Prepare and provide weekly internal Revlon reporting regarding customer in-stocks, inventory levels, performance, etc.
Responsible for ensuring CVS and Rite Aids DC replenishment and in-stock rates.
Responsible for guiding and maintaining progress toward brand / Segment targeted store inventory levels.
Review store level forecasts, Forecast to Sales Variance, Weeks of Supply, and In-Stock levels and recommend opportunities for adjustments.
Monitor and communicate inventory issues/opportunities to Revlon Customer Team.
Assist in New Item flow (Display, Pipe assumptions, and model inventory)
Collaborate with Customer Logistics group around product supply, transportation, and warehouse inventory levels.
Daily Out of Stock management – solve for “Top OOS”
o   Store In Stock
o   Top SKU / Top Door Management
Store Excess analysis and recommended solutions.

Qualifications:
Four year degree in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred
Masters degree a big plus
1-3 years Retail/CPG Supply Chain/Logistics experience required
SAP experience a big plus

Rhode Island Marine Trades Organization (RIMTA) -- Marketing Internship

Internship Description
The Rhode Island Marine Trades Association represents all aspects of the recreational boating industry in its home state. We are dedicated to growing Rhode Island's marine industry through advocacy, education, and promotion and positioning the Ocean State as a worldwide leader in the marine industry. 
We are looking for 10 (5) motivated, well-rounded, and creative students to join us this summer for this 6 week program. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside marine industry professionals while gaining knowledge and experience in the marketing field.
Purpose of Position: 
The Rhode Island Marine Trades Association is the host of the annual Providence Boat Show. It is our job as hosts to get consumers into the show and make attending the show as an exibitor worth the time and money. As interns you will work with our partner organizations/exhibitors to create a plan that will increase consumer exposure to these exhibitors before, during, and after the show. This is a project based internship that will provide you with opportunities to learn, experience, and build your network.
Responsibilities: 
-Working alongside partner organizations/exhibitors to develop ideas and strategies that can be implemented into marketing of the 2017 Providence Boat Show
-Creating content for exhibitors to use to revamp their social presence
-Presenting your research, work, and idea at the completion of the program
-Working in a team oriented environment
Qualifications:
-Recent graduate, currently enrolled or will be enrolled as a full time student for the Fall 2016 Semester (ages 18-24)
-Must be living in Rhode Island during the time of the program (except Providence & Cranston)
-Basic knowledge and interest in the marine trades industry
-Experience drafting marketing plans
-Experience with creating promotional content
-Reliable form of transportation to and from URI and other locations
