Internship Info:

bcx Energy, Inc. is currently offering one marketing-based internship opportunity for the Fall/2013 semester with an anticipated start date of mid September.   We are targeting an MBA/Senior level student based on the assignment and responsibility level.  Please see project description and job responsibilities below to assist in matching qualified candidates.

Work with Sales & Marketing team to refine and execute market strategy for solar energy and environmental engineering business segments. Activities include, providing idea creation and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies utilizing traditional and electronic methods.  Procure vendors and coordinate activities associated with launch of advertising campaign. Manage company social media outlets and align with solar business market strategy for optimum lead generation.

Internship Duties:

• Assist the billing department in the preparation of T&M billings.
• Perform job reconciliations for large T&M billing jobs.
• Prepare & monitor lien releases for subcontractor payments
• Help in the implementation of a new full scale Accounting System going live 1/1/14
• Special projects as needed
• General office duties – copying, filing, etc.

Skills & Qualifications:

Detail oriented with solid organizational skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, excellent verbal, written and communication skills, self starter, energetic, a team player, and a professional appearance.
