Spring Programs for Diverse Students:
Career Preview: New this Year- Freshman Program
A freshman program for underrepresented minorities. This program will be a 3 day program held at the Grand Floridian in Orlando, FL June 18-20. The hope is to extend an internship for the following summer for our START program.
Start Internship: Sophomores in a 4 year or Juniors in a 5 year program
The Start Internship (Start) is designed to introduce PwC to high-performing students from traditionally underrepresented racial and ethnic minority groups within the professional services industry. Start is the first step in the PwC internship experience. After successful completion of this internship, Start interns will then have the opportunity to intern in a client service role in one of our 3 lines: Assurance, Tax or Advisory. Start interns will work with Internal Firm Services, PwC's internal support organization. While supporting IFS, Start interns will utilize problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills to assist PwC teams with select projects where they are providing strategic service to internal clients, service lines and functional units. www.pwc.com/start

The Elevate programs are selective programs for high achieving college students interested in learning about a fast-paced career in the professional services industry. You will embark on a journey of self-discovery and learning with PwC and other students from across the country. You will gain valuable insight into our firm and our people while discovering leadership skills that you can use on campus and beyond. The programs are designed to help you experience PwC's culture and values through a variety of community service, team building and networking activities. Explore- Freshman and Sophomores in a 5 year Program
PwC's one day Explore Program is an outstanding opportunity for talented underclassman to learn more about the professional services industry and to discover their own career goals and aspirations. The program is aimed at developing teamwork, strategic thinking, creativity, problem solving and leadership skills in an interactive manner.
