Dunkin’ Donuts Injury Prevention Scholars - Summer 2015

SUMMER INTERNSHIP


4-Safety is currently seeking applicants for our 2015 Dunkin’ Donuts Injury Prevention Scholars program. Nine Scholars will be selected from a pool of applicants comprised of undergraduate and graduate students who live in, or attend school in, Rhode Island or Bristol County, Massachusetts. Selected Scholars will work 35 hours per week with the 4-Safety program and take a child health course at the Brown University School of Public Health.  Scholars will receive a stipend for their work and tuition support for the child health course at Brown.

4-Safety is a new safety initiative sponsored by Dunkin’ Donuts in partnership with Hasbro Children’s Hospital that seeks to control injuries in children and young adults throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. 4-Safety raises awareness and educates families about ways they can reduce their risk of experiencing an injury and live healthier, safer lives.
