Our internship program offers a project based learning opportunity and includes a full day orientation, formal networking event, and a capstone final presentation to showcase your experience.

We are currently seeking a paid Summer Intern for our Information Technology Department.  The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Systems team with a process improvement and automation initiative. 

Project Experience:

·       Learn about the software development cycle and tools used to manage it

• Process improvement, automation and systemic implementations
• Knowledge about our business, industry and the Supply Chain systems used to support them

·       End of project Capstone presentation to your peers, managers and professors will give you the opportunity to showcase what you have learned

Job Functions:

·       Coordinate and collaborate with department developers, analysts and managers

·       Identify gaps in existing process and documentation

·       Assist in developing systemic JIRA workflows to improve process and automation

·       Develop communication plan to keep the organization updated on changes

Requirements:

·       Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field

·       Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment and independently as needed

·       Enthusiastic, hardworking and detail-oriented

·       Experience with Atlassian JIRA & Confluence and Microsoft TFS is a plus

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:00 (32 hours) 8 Weeks

Wage/ Salary: $14
