We are currently seeking a paid Summer/ Fall Intern for Information Technology Site Support. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Project Experience:

Gain valuable IT experience, supporting the technical infrastructure of an industry leading corporation. In addition to resolving a number of hardware and software issues, you will learn the qualities it takes to be successful in a customer service driven, professional environment. A Capstone presentation at the end will give you the opportunity to showcase what you have learned during the internship to your peers, your managers, and your professors.

Job Functions:

·       Act as a member of the national Site Support team, assisting with troubleshooting of desktop and infrastructure environment.

·       Resolve tier 2 support issues dealing with Windows 7/10, MS Office 2010/13, Citrix, warehouse equipment, and several in house applications.

·       Be a resource to the Site Support and Service Desk teams and contribute to IT related projects.

·       Provide excellent customer service to a broad range of office and warehouse employees.

Requirements:

·       Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field.

·       Experience working in a technical support position a plus.

·       Experience working in a corporate office environment a plus.

·       Have a strong desire to learn and grow within the IT industry.

·       Have a positive attitude and act as the face of the department at all times.

Schedule:

·       Monday- Thursday 8AM – 4:30PM

Wage/ Salary: $14
