MARKETING MANAGER
Summary: Develop
and lead the execution of the strategic marketing plan company-wide, as well
as, marketing all divisions of the company individually. Create brand awareness
within both the local and national market that establishes the company as a
valued resource for strategic recruitment solutions and drives the achievement
of annual sales growth goals. Develop a marketing brand that positions company
as an employer of choice to drive recruitment of top talent internally and for
our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following with other duties assigned as
needed.
Develop and execute a
marketing strategy for implementation through the sales team involving all sales
materials, presentations, press releases, email campaigns, trade shows,
promotions, community events, award programs, charitable events, candidate
attraction and recognition materials, sales training, etc.
Develop and lead the social
media strategy for the company.
Lead the development and
use of all company marketing technology such as websites, SEO, domain names,
etc.
Develop a PR strategy to
grow and develop the company brand locally and nationally.
Lead the development and
execution of our partner relationship with ERC to maximize our exposure to ERC
member companies and business referrals.
Research competitive and
industry specific information, recommend creative marketing solutions for
differentiation of our services.
Lead customer and employee
engagement through the creation and execution of customer and employee feedback
surveys, WOW assignment employee recognition program, referrals, customer and
employee recognition, etc.
Review specification
sheets, obtains and prepares bids, and acts as liaison with vendors in such
areas as delivering marketing material, website upgrades/maintenance, scheduling
proofs, and meetings.
Maintain customer database
and generates internal database information, such as lists and counts for
direct marketing projects and email marketing campaigns.
Provide daily management,
leadership, and professional development to the Marketing Coordinator

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
Concentration in Marketing preferred. A
minimum of five to seven years of work experience in the marketing field, with
at least two in a leadership/supervisory role.
Experience in the Staffing/Recruiting industry or other related Human
Resources service industry preferred.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job
successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software;
Spreadsheet software; Presentation software, basic website design/maintenance
and Marketing Design software.
