Guest Relations Internship
Description of position/responsibilities:
·
Process and distribute complimentary and compliant post tour letters
from guests who have traveled with Collette. Acknowledge letters received by
calling guest to advise we have received their letter. Assist guest relaxations
coordinators with research associated with guest’s complaints.
·
Run tour surveys, compile and report on guest’s results.
·
Provide necessary information to Trip Mate insurance to assist guests in
processing insurance claims.
·
Document the Neo reservation and operations system with all information
and communication internally and with clients.
·
Perform other related duties as assigned or directed such as filing and
assisting members of the team with their tasks and projects.
Qualifications Collette is seeking in an
internship applicant:
- Skill in customer
service
- Ability to communicate
effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to include
organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
- Ability to foster a cooperative
work environment.
- Strong interpersonal
and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide
range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in
word, excel and outlook
- Maintain work area in
clean, neat and orderly condition.
- Comply with all company
rules and regulations.
