AAA MCV Marketing Intern

The AAA MCV Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the organization in the development and implementation of all materials for the 2015/2016 Marketing plans. The qualified candidate will assist in creating ads, flyers, PowerPoints, and other various Marketing tactics to execute the AAA MCV Marketing plans. Candidate will also assist in the development of a comprehensive consumer night show plan for the coming year. Additionally, he/she will assist in the execution of our Agent Loyalty award program for top selling agents and agencies in the 2015 year.

Description of position/responsibilities:

·       Assist in the organization of all AAA Marketing plans, formatting all plans in Excel documents for better tracking of tactics.
·       Facilitate the creative process of AAA Marketing tactics, including but not limited to ads, flyers, mailers, etc. in Work Front (Marketing Resource Management system).
·       Assist with the development of creative pieces for consumer night show process. Help with building projects and seeing them through to completion.
·       Help with keeping track of invoices from all AAA clubs, processing them and reconciling with Marketing plans to ensure accurate spending.
·       Build organizational system by AAA Club that includes all available Marketing pieces that each club produces.
·       Organize all Agent Loyalty Awards to distribute to DSMs, printing and assigning labels to awards to be mailed out the Sales team.




Qualifications Collette is seeking in an internship applicant:



·       Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
·       Must have excellent interpersonal skills
·       Proactive work ethic and problem solving skills
·       Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
·       Ability to learn other software programs quickly
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills required
·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
