POSITION SUMMARY
This person will need to work well with others in an office setting at the Webb. Will have training and then share duties that are secretarial in nature. To include Hotel searching,pricing, making and confirmations for a 30 person road crew. Learning how we do purchase orders, and reconcile Home Depot billings. “Waving” computer orders for store supplies for new stores and remodels. Comparing our payroll Kronos system to our construction labor material “Pacific” system and documenting results. May also be putting travel expenses, other related expenses into an excel worksheet for budget versus actual number reviews.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate daily with Project Managers, office staff, and in particular Kathy Shea. Once trained in the different facets of the overall job integrate with property management in transfer of data from store planning -new store documentation to Maria in property management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
      Basic computer internet/google skills. Very strong excel skills.
      Very strong communication skills, ability to work well with others.

      A good scheduler: Ability to manage time properly and see things through to the end.
      Self-motivated: You can work with a minimum of supervision and be capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks in a proactive manner.
