DEPARTMENT: Property Management

POSITION SUMMARY:
The “Administrative Support Intern” is responsible for various duties relating to Property Management CMMS asset entry as well as generation of reporting data for Property Management functions through Verisae, and will work closely with the Verisae Administrator  to accomplish effective and efficient methods and processes relating to the CMMS roll-out and completion thereof.  Will also work with the Property Administrator to assist with Smartsheet and other Google based projects and initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
      Data entry for Asset Management
      Participates in developing CMMS reporting goals, objectives, and systems.
      Assists in the use of Smartsheets and Google initiatives
      Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
      1 years of professional experience or schooling in one of the following fields: Computers, Math, Analytics, Property Management or Facilities Management.
      A wide array of computer skills and ability to learn quickly.

      A good scheduler: Ability to manage time properly and see things through to the end.
      Self-motivated: You can work with a minimum of supervision and be capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks in a proactive manner.
