Job Summary:
The Textron internship program is designed to allow you to gain experience and insight into business processes, budgeting, the development of business analysis and reporting, cross-functional exposure and more. This position is responsible for assisting members of an accounting department in both daily activities and special projects to learn, understand, and gain experience related to the Finance function and its role in achieving business objectives. 

Your year round internship assignment in Providence, RI will include exposure to existing workgroups and senior management in the Finance and accounting function at the Textron Corporate level.

Textron views internships as its most important source for identifying promising young talent. Internship Program benefits include visibility to high-level enterprise Finance and Accounting leaders, on-the-job and formal training, as well as exposure to multiple business units in different functional areas. Candidates with a solid finance and or accounting background with demonstrated leadership ability are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

Requirements include: you must be currently pursuing bachelors degree in accounting, have a passion for learning and geographic mobility. Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal and compensation information about employees
