Position
Overview: Associate Marketing Manager
The Associate Product Manager is
responsible for supporting the product planning, category profitability and
speed to market execution throughout the drapery hardware product lifecycle,
including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements,
defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, global
sourcing, sales, marketing and finance to ensure revenue and customer
satisfaction goals are met. This position also includes ensuring that the
product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Support the Senior Product Managers’ development and
implementation of the drapery hardware brand strategy and product road maps.
· Determines the market requirements for current and
future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to
customers and non-customers.

Support in the development of the marketing strategy
for new and existing drapery hardware products
· Create customer-specific pricing and
trade programs closely collaborating with sales to ensure category
profitability for existing and new business opportunities
· Work closely with the company’s
channel and sales teams; enabling them to meet their sales objectives by
providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
· Drive continuous analysis of
competitive environment and consumer trends
· Work closely with product
management team to define and develop marketing materials and programs.
· Deliver KPI’s including volume, revenue, share, and
profitability across both the domestic and international businesses
