SUMMARY
The role of a Product Development & Market Research Intern is, generally, to provide assistance to the Product Development & Market Research Team in the day-to-day management of various ongoing, short-term and long-term projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assists with compiling secondary research based on project needs.
• Assists with competitive research.
• Tracks information relevant to AAA Northeast product launches. Creates product binders of all materials related to the launch of a new product, service or benefit.
• Assists in developing research reports and presentations.
• Tests programmed survey logic and pathways.
• Maintains products and services grid by researching offers and programs at other AAA clubs.
• Assists in developing dashboards and briefs for business line leaders and senior management.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a Bachelor’ Degree in Marketing, Business, Research, or Psychology or related field of study; or currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business, Research, or Psychology Program or related field of study. Prior internship or experience in market research is desirable. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Must have strong customer service focus and effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of Club authority. Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
