Job Summary:
The Textron Leadership Development Program for Finance is
designed to create an accelerated path to industry related projects and
processes across the Textron enterprise for a select number of high-performing
new graduates. The program requires a 2 year commitment with 12-month rotations
at two different Textron business units.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance
or accounting
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
