This internship is ideal for someone who is interested in furthering his or her education and experience in the world of digital marketing, market research, leadership, and travel. You will receive on-the-job practical training directly from those in the digital marketing industry.The work on behalf of this Alexandria, VA internship can be completed virtually. Skills in social media, market research, and communications are a must. SEO and web publishing: a plus. Learning objectives are achieved through training, results analysis, and “learning-by-doing” under supervision with constructive feedback.
Time Commitment: 8-12 hours a week
Expected Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Three-month minimum time commitment
Responsibilities
Required skills: Someone who combines an analytical and creative problem-solver "can do" mindset with excellent written and oral communication. You are savvy and resourceful and can perform market research and summarize comprehensive succinct recommendations based on your findings. You are curious, detail-orientend and skilled at observing and documenting process while on the lookout for ways to make things better. You have significant coursework and/or previous experience on the core principles of traditional and interactive marketing.You should be passionate about personal development and leadership development, community building, and able to work well both independently and in collaboration. Interest and experience with international travel: a huge plus.
