Developing gas turbines, creating manufacturing facilities or building power stations, it's sound project management that ensures we deliver and meet our customers' expectations - as well as our own. Join our Project Management team as part of our 12 week Summer Internship Program and get a taster of the breadth, diversity and scale of the projects we work on through challenging real assignments that will test you like never before.

What You'll Need:
  • Well-rounded life experience - academically, socially and in any previous work situations
  • We're looking for students who can demonstrate an understanding of Rolls-Royce, our goals and the context in which we operate, together with strategic ability, great people skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering (especially Systems Engineering), Business Studies/Management/Marketing, or Analytical degrees with a GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Evidence of a leadership role, either at school, in a club or at university.
  • Flexible on location.
  • Must be U.S. Citizen/Resident, Asylee, Refugee or have permanent/indefinite work authorization. No visa sponsorship for this position
