Welcome to Events Hive, a fun and informational website. Events Hive showcases a full event calendar, photo galleries, and the ability to share events with others via social media. View all of the events that are happening for three months at a time as well as information on how to attend. Our online event calendar is designed for those who love to be in the know and enjoy events, but do not want to search dozens of places to see what’s happening. We currently list events in six different locations throughout the country and are expanding into more cities and markets rapidly. From charities, festivals, marathons, tours (and everything in between), Events Hive has it covered.
Internship Responsibilities:
- Research popular venues and events in each existing and/or potential location
- Input venue and event information into calendar using an entry form
- Create and maintain all aspects of social media to expand and promote each existing and potential location
- Work with the creative team and social media department to develop innovative ideas for current campaigns and expansion into new markets
- Attend weekly meetings to brainstorm new ideas and discuss the week’s accomplishments
- Attend events, network, and interact with existing and potential clients and/or sponsors
Location: Providence, RI
Office Hours are Monday through Friday. 9-5
Hours can be negotiated.
