"We need a graduate student or soon to be graduate student that has excellent excel skills and if possible an understanding of an accounting department and flow of processes (journal entries, accounts payable match, downloading queries, pivot tables, financial analysis of data). Someone who is willing to pick up anything and learn quickly. Our department is all hands on whether it is filing, shredding or downloading spreadsheets and running data. We do a lot of post auditing work on Pcard reconciliations, invoices and Travel too."
