Position Description: GENERAL: Seeking a dedicated, professional and enthusiastic individual focused on expanding their HR career within HRIS reporting and analysis. Someone skilled with utilizing standard reporting tools and Crystal Reports to manage and audit data. The HR Data Analyst will play a critical role in providing insightful analysis. Partnering with the HR, Finance, Operations, and Recruiting Depts. DUTIES /
RESPONSIBILITIES: Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing user needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Assist in the daytoday data analysis requests of the different departments Create various data analysis reports
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Requires a HIGH degree of confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and SQL Ability to remain flexible under demands of the job and managing multiple priorities. Good organizational and communication skills. Positive demeanor. High energy level. Ability to function independently in a multitask environment, as well as part of a team
