The opportunity
Every Emerging Leader will have a different experience. Depending on your interests, strengths and ambitions, you’ll meet different colleagues and leaders, learn about our culture, and see what it means to work here. It’s a high profile opportunity that takes place over 1, 2 or 3 days during the summer at your preferred program location, where you wish to intern or work full time. More importantly, it’s an opportunity for you to boost your career and make meaningful professional connections.
                                                                                                                                                                   
What to expect
We’ll look to you to bring energy and enthusiasm when engaging with a wide range of colleagues, learning about our business, service lines, and our market – all while we get to know you. If we’re impressed, you could even be invited back for an internship for the following year.

To qualify for the role you must have
·       Progress toward a Bachelor’s degree studying Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related majors
·       High academic credentials
·       A significant interest in professional services and a career in business
·       Integrity, maturity, dependability and enthusiasm when performing tasks
·       The ability to demonstrate analytical, teamwork and organizational skills
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills
·       The ability to demonstrate leadership experience
