Marketing Intern Job Description (02_2016)
Objective: To assist Brokers’ Service with various marketing
projects and campaigns by using on-line tools, internal systems, and marketing
research and strategies.

Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Director
with research for content marketing
o
Online research for industry “hot topics”
o
Assist in the improvement of Social Media
Campaigns
·
Assist in writing and editing marketing content
o
Proofread content to be used for in-bound
marketing
o
Work with Marketing Coordinator to distil expert
content to usable marketing pieces
·
Administration and maintenance assistance on
campaign work.
o
Monitor email schedule and ensure tasks are on
schedule
o
Coordinate with Marketing Coordinator to assist
in email sends
·
Assist in event planning
o
Contact vendors and support for misc. event
tasks
·
Create lists from online database, working with
marketing director to obtain summary data
·
Clerical and administrative support as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:

Proficient in Excel
•
Experience conducting internet research
•
Organized and the ability to work with deadlines
•
Ability to work well with others in a team
environment
•
Ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing
priorities
•
Self-motivated, fast learner
•
Attention to detail and excellent written
communication skills
•
Editorial experience a plus
•
Database experience a plus
