Summary: The Marketing department is responsible
for supporting the execution of all bank-wide events. The Intern will assist the marketing department
with coordination of all Bank wide promotional events and various
responsibilities related to the Bank web-site and social media programs. The
position serves as an introduction to a career in marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist with the coordination and execution all bank-wide events such as the Newport Boat Show, Heart
Walk, Shred-it Events, First Time Home Buyer Workshops, Home Show and more
·
Develop/implement formal
event management process from inception to close
· Formally present process to Strategy
Planning/Marketing team.
· Collaborates on and
supports administration activities as needed
· Performs other related
duties as required and assigned
· Assist Marketing Manager with
various responsibilities related to the Bank web-site and social media programs
· Gain exposure to and interact with
associated marketing agency.
Qualifications:
·
Currently
pursuing a degree in Business preferably in Marketing.
·
Excellent
verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
·
Detail
orientated with an ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and
documentation
·
Proficient
with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

Summary: The Human Resources Intern assists the HR team with performing
HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out
responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, performance

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs customer
service functions by responding to employee questions and requests
- Supports
administration of compensation and performance management programs
- Assist with
updating job descriptions and job postings, creating and revising as
needed
- Assists in
administration of employee relations activities
- File review and
scanning of all personnel files creating automated file system
- Collaborates on and
supports benefit administration activities as needed
- Assist with coordination of employee appreciation week
- Policy review and procedure development,
incorporating branding into HR communications
- Assist with grant writing for training initiatives
- Redesign Bank’s wellness program
- Performs other
related duties as required and assigned
- Create new template to include competencies
and put all job descriptions into new template.
- Build date base to house job descriptions
Qualifications:

Knowledge
of HR principles and practices of personnel administration preferred.

Summary:
The
Deposit Operations Intern will assist with efficiency projects of various scope
and size and assist with daily tasks within the department. At the conclusion of the Internship the student should have
obtained a strong grasp of daily banking operations and support. In addition, the intern should be proficient
in the end to end management of a project.

Summary:
The Consumer &
Residential Lending Intern will assist with projects, audits, loan origination
system and administrative tasks. The
goal is to give students a strong understanding of residential/consumer lending
department functions and the various roles within the department. The project scope will be wide and encompass
many projects and aspects of the daily operations within the department.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Update applicable systems for credit scores
• Scanning paid loans then shredding paid files
• Testing/review/input for new Loan System
• Assist with annual escrow analysis
• Review of mortgage notes, HELOC notes/documentation and loan to value promotions
• System scrub for FDIC call report codes, all fields and reports tied to those fields
• Creation of new master loan servicing input sheet
• System scrub for Insurance policy tracking clean-up
• Quarterly flood report review for removal of paid loans
